Our Story
"On Demand Transport started as a solution to the question how I get my staff to work safely"
Working in the call centre industry I had many teams with one common struggle of getting to and from work after hours. The struggle of watching single mother give up their jobs simply as they had no transport or cleaners waiting till 7am, 3 hours after there's shift for public transport or agents missing incentives and bonus as they arrive an hour late for work was a huge concern to me . I knew there had to be a better way and so On Demand Transport was born. A solution to the transport questions many staff have to solve the logistical issues our client face. Working closely with our client to tailor make solutions that are safe, affordable and efficient to ensure staff arrive on time safely.
As a family run business, we hold strong morals and values. Looking at sustainable solutions to meet our client needs.
Social Responsibility Effort
We have various youth initiatives that we are engage in supporting local youth organisation and sporting clubs. We are also run an annual enterprise development programme helping start-up individual in the transport Industry with Business readiness programmes and support.
